In-Store Return Policy

If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us as soon as you discover this. We will do our best to ensure that it is resolved to your satisfaction.

 Yarn can be exchanged or returned for store credit, provided it is returned within two months of purchase with the original receipt, in the original packaging and in the same condition as when purchased.

 All swifts and yarn winders can be returned for exchange or store credit within two business days of purchase, with the original receipt, in the original packaging and in the same condition as when purchased.

 All needles and crochet hooks, notions, project bags, needle and crochet cases, patterns, and books are final sale.  All sales of discounted yarns are final.
